- Environment: Auxisys is committed to providing a healthy work environment to all its employees and conduct environment friendly business at all its offices. Auxisys is conscious of the impact of its operations on the environment. Auxisys will continuously enhance its Environmental Policy, which encompasses air, water, natural resources, people and their interrelation. Auxisys will identify ways to dispose waste in an environment friendly manner for prevention of pollution. Auxisys will strive to minimize the impact of its business activities on environment by optimizing energy and power consumption and the use of consumables and hardware through recycling or reuse. Auxisys respects Health, Safety, and Environment issues of employees, clients, vendors and local community and is committed to comply with all current applicable environmental and related regulations and where appropriate, exceed the prescribed standards. Auxisys advocates Green Supply Chain and practices Environmentally Preferable Purchasing (EPP) in procuring all the products and services to ensure minimal impact to the environment.
- Ethics and Code of Conduct: Auxisys is committed to conducting its business to benefit the country, locations and communities in which it operates. Auxisys shall prepare and maintain its accounts fairly and accurately and in accordance with the accounting and financial reporting standards which represent the generally accepted guidelines, principles, standards, laws and regulations of the country in which the company conducts its business. Auxisys will conform to trade procedures, including licensing, documentation and other necessary formalities, as applicable. Internal accounting and audit procedures shall reflect, fairly and accurately, all of the company’s business transactions and disposition of assets, and shall have internal controls to provide assurance to the company’s board and shareholders that the transactions are accurate and legitimate. All required information shall be accessible to company auditors and other authorized parties and government agencies. Auxisys is committed to supply products and services of world class quality standards, backed by after-sales services consistent with the requirements of its customers, while striving for their total satisfaction. The quality standards of the company’s goods and services shall meet applicable national and international standards. Every employee of Auxisys including the Executive Directors and Chief Executive will deal with professionalism, integrity and honesty and will conduct in a fair and transparent manner. Every employee will always work in the interest of the organization and ensure that no association – business or personal results in a conflict of interest with the organization.
